PAYMENT

*Cash or Check: Payment can be made with cash or check at the time of the session           or arranged monthly.

*Insurance: Insurance companies will not be billed directly. If you have insurance,               you will receive a statement upon payment that you can send to your insurance             company for reinbursement. Insurance companies often reimburse a percentage             of the fee for an out-of-network provider.
